Ingredients
  

  • 6 –8 slices of prosciutto
  • 12 –16 cherry tomatoes whole
  • 12 –16 fresh mozzarella balls bocconcini
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Optional: roasted vegetables like asparagus bell pepper strips, or melon cubes

Method
 

  1. Prepare Ingredients
  2. Slice prosciutto into strips if necessary.
  3. Wash cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Drain mozzarella balls.
  4. Assemble Skewers
  5. Layer ingredients on skewers in this order: tomato, basil leaf, mozzarella, and wrap a strip of prosciutto around each skewer. Repeat until skewer is filled.

  7. For warm skewers, bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 5–7 minutes or grill briefly until slightly crisp.
  8. Serve
  9. Arrange on a platter. Drizzle with balsamic glaze or olive oil if desired. Serve immediately.
