- Combine Ingredients
- In a small saucepan, whisk together half-and-half, condensed milk, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, and salt.
- Heat Gently
- Place over medium-low heat, stirring often, until the mixture is warm and smooth (do not boil).
- Add Vanilla
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Cool and Store
- Let it cool completely, then transfer to a glass jar or airtight bottle.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
- Use It
- Shake well before each use. Add 1–2 tablespoons to your hot coffee, cold brew, or latte for a cozy fall flavor.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use almond milk or oat milk with a splash of coconut cream.
Adjust sweetness: add more or less maple syrup to taste.
If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve before bottling.
Try adding a pinch of nutmeg or ground cloves for a deeper pumpkin spice flavor.
