Homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups half-and-half or milk + cream mix
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin purée not pie filling
  • 2 –3 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Combine Ingredients
  2. In a small saucepan, whisk together half-and-half, condensed milk, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, and salt.
  3. Heat Gently
  4. Place over medium-low heat, stirring often, until the mixture is warm and smooth (do not boil).
  5. Add Vanilla
  6. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  7. Cool and Store
  8. Let it cool completely, then transfer to a glass jar or airtight bottle.
  9. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
  10. Use It
  11. Shake well before each use. Add 1–2 tablespoons to your hot coffee, cold brew, or latte for a cozy fall flavor.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use almond milk or oat milk with a splash of coconut cream.
Adjust sweetness: add more or less maple syrup to taste.
If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve before bottling.
Try adding a pinch of nutmeg or ground cloves for a deeper pumpkin spice flavor.
